SM1250-Mini Module Evaluation kit

SM1250-EK is an evaluation kit for SM1250-Mini 125KHz Modules.

It comes with a base board(SM2250) for SM1250-Mini Modules and provides connectivity for RS232, UART, I2C, I/O and coil antenna.

It can be used to develop your application quickly or it can simply demonstrate main features of the SM1250-Mini 125KHz RFID module.

Base board is integrated with RS232 Driver chip. User can use on board RS232 with the provided cable or alternatively use the USB-UART Converter(optional) to power and communicate thru UART.

Same base board(SM2250) can be used with SM5210 Mifare Modules as well. Only antenna needs to be replaced for a 13.56MHz Mifare application.

2x EM4102 ISO Card (5 Byte Read Only) 

1x Special RS232 Cable (3 pin cable connector  to DB9 RS232 Female)

1x USB-UART Converter (3.3V/5V) inc. Micro USB Cable

USB-UART converter can supply 3.3V or 5V(selectable with jumper) to the kit and communicate over UART with the module only with 5 pin.
It can also be used for general purpose where UART communication thru PC is required.

Same kit can be used to evaluate SM5210 Mifare Modules as well.
Only module and antenna needs to be replaced.
Please take additional care that you are using right antenna for the right module.
125 KHz module requires coil wire antenna and Mifare module requires PCB Antenna
