Delivery Information

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Standard delivery: (Worldwide) TNT Express or DHL Express (3-4 Days to all around the world).

We decide which courier to send. Only TNT Express and DHL Express is available. All other couriers and mail delivery is not available.

Get in touch with us immediately, to request if you have any preference between DHL or TNT Express.

Shipment cost is calculated in the invoice.

Receiver is responsible for all possible duties or taxes, or unexpected service costs.
We do not cover duties, taxes or any service cost arised in your country.
We assume you have an understanding of international trading and your order is subject to customs regulations.

Return Policy

Customers get a seven-day cooling off period to return their purchase and cancel their order.
Remember that if you do cancel, you'll have to pay for the express shipment costs, and our import duties and taxes.

Please understand that these costs is above $500 USD.


Even you bought the wrong item by mistake. Full refund is not possible due to the customs duty and tax costs.
Our customs(Turkish customs) does not have regulation to receive a returned package without any cost.

Please make sure your purchase department confirms the order(including firmware version) with the person in your company who ultimately knows about the technical details of the purchased part.

Refund Policy

We can make a full refund for your order without any questions only if it is not shipped.
We can make a refund your order if wrong parts sent or prices are calculated wrongly.


We do not offer full refund for returned packages. Please read return policy carefully.

We do not offer any refund to customers who reject to pay additional costs such as duties,taxes customs, comissions etc. arised in his/her country.
